Antun Palanović

Antun Palanović graduated in Psychology in 2018 from the Faculty of Philosophy in Zagreb. He is currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Occupational Psychology and Ergonomics, where he participates in teaching in the courses Ergonomic Psychology, Selection and Development of Staff, and Introduction to Occupational Psychology. In addition to teaching at the Department, he is a contributor to research projects “Burnout and Study Engagement” and “Individual Differences in Motivation and Decision Making Skills as Predictors of Business and Career Success of Croatian Emigrants.” Research interests include determinants of managerial potential and the use of computer games in the selection process.
