Maja Parmač Kovačić
Maja Parmač Kovačić is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Occupational Psychology and Ergonomics at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb. She mentored a dozen of master thesis and one student research paper that was awarded the Rector’s Award. She has actively participated in the implementation of several scientific and professional projects in the field of work psychology. She has published about ten scientific and professional papers in the field and has participated in various national and international conferences with around twenty presentations. She participated in the construction and adaptation of a number of questionnaires and tests. She is a member of the board of the Section for Organizational Psychology of the Croatian Psychological Society, the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology, the International Association of Applied Psychology and the editorial board of the journal Contemporary Psychology.
