Mitja Ružojčić

Mitja Ružojčić

Mitja Ružojčić graduated from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb in 2014 and is currently a doctoral student at the same faculty. From 2015-2016. he was employed as a project assistant at the Study Center for Social Work at the Faculty of Law in Zagreb. He is currently a PhD candidate at the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb. He is an internationally published author and reviewer for international journals, and has completed series of training in contemporary statistical analysis and topics in work psychology and organizational psychology. He is a member of the Croatian Psychological Society and the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology.
