Željko Jerneić
Željko Jerneić is a full professor and head of the Department of Occupational Psychology and Ergonomics at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb. His scientific interests include measurement of cognitive and psychomotor abilities, construction of tests and questionnaires, selection process, motivational aspects of work, lying in personality questionnaires, examination of work performance and ergonomic design problems. He was collaborator or a leader in 15 national and international scientific projects. So far, he has published about sixty scientific and professional papers, books and tests, and has participated in numerous domestic and foreign conferences. He received the “Ramiro Bujas Psychological Award” for his scientific work.
