Keynote lecture at the 24th DRZB conference

One of the keynote speakers on 24th Days of Ramiro and Zoran Bujas conference in Zagreb was our principal investigator Zvonimir Galić. He talked about the opportunities and challenges of using implicit personality measures in organizational context. In his presentation, he described the conditional reasoning and implicit associations tests as well as the main findings of our research program where these approaches were used to assess aggressiveness and power motives.
